American Tapas Bar converts this fan-favorite main course into perfectly-sized tapas servings. They make their waffles fluffy, but thin, which makes it so much easier to eat this typically thick, mouth-stuffing meal. This dish comes with 2 waffles topped with chicken breast and powdered sugar with bourbon maple syrup on the side, at a price point we can get behind! P.s. it goes great with their s’mores martini!

Menu Item: Chicken & Waffle Sliders / Bacon Jam / Pepper Jack Mustard Slaw $16
S3 serves their Chicken & Waffles in slider form- and the results are out of this world! Imagine: Fried chicken slathered in a delectable Bacon Jam sits atop a Pepper Jack Mustard Slaw, and is sandwiched in between two fluffy waffles. The fruity & salty jam combined with a spicy kick from the pepper jack mustard makes this one of my favorite Chicken & Waffles in Fort Lauderdale- I don’t even add syrup, and that’s saying a lot because my diet is similar to that of buddy the elf. P.s. the sliders are also available on the everyday lunch menu so this dish is basically a must every visit!

American Social’s Fruity Pebbles Chicken & Waffles is not for the faint of heart. Yes, there are fruity pebbles cooked into the waffles but the sugar rush is just getting started!! These waffles are topped with Maple Mascarpone, Habanero-Strawberry Jam, Maple Syrup, Powdered Sugar, and of course, more fruity pebbles. Rainbow foodies rejoice! This colorful dish just begs to be added to your Instagram story.
